ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Welcomes char Software Company Following Acquisition

We are pleased to announce the recent acquisition of char following the signing of an agreement that sees the Spanish-based company become an official part of the ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions family.

Headquartered within the Barcelona/Catalonia region, char specializes in designing advanced and scalable integration middleware for the hospitality industry. Over the last 25 years, the organization has gained an unmatched reputation in providing hoteliers with the means to erase operational and data silos, replaced instead by software solutions able to ensure seamless efficiency and virtually unlimited system integration opportunities.
